Dr. Anant V. Joshi, B.V.Sc. & A.H., D.V.M.
DIRECTOR and CHIEF SURGEON
He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree from India. Then he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Western College of Veterinary medicine, Canada.
He has been practicing in Rahway since Sept. 1993. He is interested in epidemiology of infectious diseases as they affect people (zoonoses) and animals.
He is taking advanced courses in Ultrasound and Echocardiography. He is the Director and Chief Surgeon of Clark Animal Hospital.
Tania :
Tania is an inspiring person that we are proud to call our Hospital Manager. She also works as a full time receptionist and 'computer specialist'.
Tania will fit your appointment in even on the busiest day to ensure the best care for your pet.
She takes great pride in educating our clients, as well as fellow employees and making sure that you leave with a smile on your face! If that isn't enough, she speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and is also conversant in French.
Alena :
She earned her D.V.M. from Slovakia and after migrating to the U.S.A., she has worked as a veterinary assistant for a number of years. She is also working towards obtaining her North American Veterinary Licensure. In the meantime, she remains an integral part of our team, being a great veterinary assistant.
Christopher:
Is working very hard to become veterinarian one day.
Chris is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University, as a pre-vet major student. He is working as a assistant to the veterinarians. Chris is now attending Western University College of Veterinary Medicine in Pomona, California. We are all extremely proud of him and will miss him dearly.
Note From Chris: I would personally like the thank the Clark Animal Hospital, Dr. Joshi, and every member of the staff for everything they have provided on my journey to become a Veterinarian. They have played a pivotal role in my success as a veterinary student, as well as an individual. I will miss them very much, and will always remember the skills they have provided, to aid in my success as a future Veterinarian.
Miguel :
He works as a Senior Veterinarian's Assistant and has been part of the Clark Animal Hospital Team for over eight years. He is extremely knowledgeable and assists the doctors in hospital medical and surgical procedures.
He also speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese! He has veterinary education from Peru. One day he aspires to be a licensed veterinarian in the USA.
Heather :
A Rutgers, animal science major graduate, who first joined us as a part time employee to work as a veterinary assistant.
On March 10, 2010, Heather was accepted to St. Matthew's Veterinary School, in the British Grand Cayman Islands. We are all extremely proud to have been a part of her success and to see her accomplish her dream. One day soon, she will return to her roots and be a practicing veterinarian in New Jersey. Heather will still continue to be an honorary employee and will stop in during her school breaks to say hello.
A note from Heather:
Working as a veterinary assistant at Clark Animal Hospital has provided me with many valuable experiences. I have learned many skills under the direction of Dr. Joshi that I will take with me to St. Matthew's. Everyone at Clark Animal Hospital has been very supportive in my efforts to become a veterinarian and I will miss everyone dearly!
Catherine :
Catherine is one of our receptionist and has been working with us for the past three years. She is a huge animal lover! Also, Catherine is a proud parent of her pittbull Julius and her kitty Henry. She is always happy to greet, assist, and interact with clients. We consider ourselves lucky to have her.
Bryan :
Bryan is a wonderful young man and a pleasure to work with. Since working at our hospital he has rapidly grown as both an individual and as a valuable team player. Bryan is also attending college full time and hopes to one day become, a News Anchorman.
Kimberly:
Kimberly has been working with Clark Animal Hospital for the past few years and is an energetic and wonderful team member. She has a enormous passion for animals and has two dogs of her own. Kim assists in many areas of the hospital including the front desk, grooming, hospital, and kennel.
Janet is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She is great with animals and very skilled. We are all very happy to have her as a team member.
Joshua :
In addition to being a full time college student, Josh works full time at Clark Animal Hospital as a kennel and veterinary assistant. He is extremely intelligent and loves learning about how to help animals and their owners. Josh especially loves cats and has a bichon frise at home.
Sunita Joshi:
She is an accomplished business owner and manager.
She is also the Company Secretary for the CLARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

Dr. Yogi Misra:
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Yogi Misra joined our practice in 2010. He is extremely knowledgeable and we are all very proud to welcome him aboard.
Douglas:
Douglas is our newest team member. He is great with animals and learning very quickly. So far he has been a wonderful addition to our team and we are sure that he will continue to make us proud.
